श्रीमन्त्रराजपदस्तोत्रम् | ஶ்ரீ மந்த்ரராஜபத ஸ்தோத்ரம் | Sri Mantra rAjapada Stotram

Sri Mantra rajapada Stotram (ஸ்ரீ மந்த்ரராஜபத ஸ்தோத்ரம்) is from the Ahirbudhnya Samhita, and is recited by Lord Parameshwara in praise of Sri Lakshmi Narasimhar. The Sloka Ugram Veeram is taken from this Mantra Rajapada Stotram (each word from each sloka which is highlighted in separate colour). It is the "King of all Stotras". 

Mantra Rajapada Stotram is one of the powerful Stotra which cures all serious diseases and ailments. It is the best remedy for aches and mental depression. Those who wants to seek knowledge, wealth and all types of auspiciousness, may recite this stotra daily.

श्रीनरसिंह मन्त्रराजपद स्तोत्रम् 

ஶ்ரீநரஸிம்ʼஹ மந்த்ரராஜபத³ ஸ்தோத்ரம்

Ugram Viram Maha Vishnum
Jvalantam Sarvato Mukham |
Nrusimham Bhishanam Bhadram
Mrutyu Mrutyum Namamy Aham ||

उग्रं वीरं महाविष्णुं ज्वलन्तं सर्वतोमुखम्।
नृसिंहं भीषणं भद्रं मृत्युमृत्युं नमाम्यहम् ॥

உக்ரம் வீரம் மஹா விஷ்ணும்
ஜ்வலந்தம் சர்வதோ முகம் |
ந்ருஸிம்ஹம் பீஷணம் பத்ரம்
ம்ருத்யும்ருத்யும் நமாம் யஹம் ||

Sri Eshwara Uvacha,

Vri'ttotphulla vishaalaaksham 
Vipakshakshaya deekshitam |
Ninaadatrastavishvaand'am 
Vishnum Ugram namaamyaham ||

श्री ईश्वर उवाच,

वृत्तोत्फुल्लविशालाक्षं विपक्षक्षयदीक्षितम् । 
निनादत्रस्तविश्वाण्डं विष्णुम् उग्रं नमाम्यहम् ॥ 

ஸ்ரீ ஈஸ்வர உவாச 

வ்ருத்தோத்பு²ல்ல விஶாலாக்ஷம்
விபக்ஷ க்ஷயதீ³க்ஷிதம் | 
நிநாத³ த்ரஸ்த விஶ்வாண்ட³ம் 
விஷ்ணும் உக்³ரம் நமாம்யஹம் || 

Meaning:

   He who is having big and round eyes, He who has taken a vow to kill the enemies, He who by His fierce roars is shaking the entire world, to such a ferocious Lord, I offer my salutations.

Sarvairavadhyataam praaptam 
Saphalaugham diteh' sutam | 
Nakhaagraih' shakaleechakre 
Yastam veeram namaamyaham || 

सर्वैरवध्यतां प्राप्तं सफलौघं दितेः सुतम् । 
नखाग्रैः शकलीचक्रे यस्तं वीरं नमाम्यहम् ॥ 

ஸர்வைரவத்⁴யதாம் ப்ராப்தம் 
ஸப²லௌக⁴ம் தி³தே꞉ ஸுதம்  |
நகா²க்³ரை꞉ ஶகலீசக்ரே 
யஸ்தம் வீரம் நமாம்யஹம் || 

Meaning:
   He who with His sharp nails tore to pieces the asura, the son of Diti who could not be killed by anyone along with His large armies. To such a valorous person, I offer my salutations.

Padaavasht'abdhapaataalam 
Moordhaa''visht'atrivisht'apam | 
Bhujapravisht'aasht'adisham 
Mahaavishnum namaamyaham || 
 
पदावष्टब्धपातालं मूर्धाऽऽविष्टत्रिविष्टपम् । 
भुजप्रविष्टाष्टदिशं महाविष्णुं नमाम्यहम् ॥

பதா³வஷ்டப்³த⁴ பாதாலம் 
மூர்தா⁴ (ஆ)விஷ்ட த்ரிவிஷ்டபம் | 
பு⁴ஜப்ரவிஷ்டாஷ்டதி³ஶம் 
மஹாவிஷ்ணும்  நமாம்யஹம் || 

Meaning:
   I offer my salutations to Maha Vishnu, whose feet touch the nether lands, whose forehead touches the heaven and whose hands spread in all directions.

Jyoteem shyarkendu nakshatra 
Jvalanaadeeny anukramaat | 
Jvalanti tejasaa yasya tam 
Jvalantam namaamyaham || 

ज्योतींष्यर्केन्दु नक्षत्र ज्वलनादीन्यनुक्रमात् । 
ज्वलन्ति तेजसा यस्य तं ज्वलन्तं नमाम्यहम् ॥ 

ஜ்யோதீம்ஷ்யர்கேந்து³ நக்ஷத்ர 
ஜ்வலநாதீ³ன்யனுக்ரமாத் | 
ஜ்வலந்தி தேஜஸா யஸ்ய 
தம் ஜ்வலந்தம் நமாம்யஹம் || 

Meaning:
   He after whose luster the luminary bodies, the Sun, the Moon, the Stars and Fire are effulgent and are shining, to that resplendent One I offer my salutations.

Sarvendriyairapi vinaa 
Sarvam sarvatra sarvadaa | 
Jaanaati yo namaamyaadyam 
Tamaham Sarvatomukham ||

सर्वेन्द्रियैरपि विना सर्वं सर्वत्र सर्वदा । 
जानाति यो नमाम्याद्यं तमहं सर्वतोमुखम् ॥ 

ஸர்வேந்த்³ரியைரபி வினா 
ஸர்வம் ஸர்வத்ர ஸர்வதா³ | 
ஜானாதி யோ நமாம்யாத்³யம்
தமஹம் ஸர்வதோமுக²ம் || 

Meaning:
   He who knows everything, all the time, and at all places, without the help of the senses, to such primal person who has faces in all directions, I offer my salutations.

Naravatsimhavachchaiva roopam 
Yasya mahaatmanah | 
Mahaasat'am mahaadamsht'ram 
Tam nri'simham namaamyaham || 

नरवत्सिंहवच्चैव रूपं यस्य महात्मनः । 
महासटं महादंष्ट्रं तं नृसिंहं नमाम्यहम् ॥ 

நரவத்ஸிம்ஹவச்சைவ ரூபம் 
யஸ்ய மஹாத்மன꞉ | 
மஹாஸடம் மஹாத³ம்ஷ்ட்ரம் 
தம் ந்ருஸிம்ஹம் நமாம்யஹம் || 

Meaning:
   To that Form of the Lord, which is half man and half lion, complete with the mane, the canine teeth, to such a divine Lord Nrsimha, I offer my salutations.

Yannaama smaranaad bheetaah 
Bhootavetaal'araakshasaah' |
Rogaadyaashcha pranashyanti 
Bheeshanam tam namaamyaham || 

यन्नाम स्मरणाद्भीताः भूतवेताळराक्षसाः । 
रोगाद्याश्च प्रणश्यन्ति भीषणं तं नमाम्यहम् ॥ 

யந்நாம ஸ்மரணாத்³பீ⁴தா꞉ 
பூ⁴தவேதாள ராக்ஷஸா꞉ || 
ரோகா³த்³யாஶ்ச ப்ரணஶ்யந்தி 
பீ⁴ஷணம் தம் நமாம்யஹம் || 

Meaning:
   By the mere thought of whose name, devils, demons, asuras get frightened, acute diseases get cured, to such a frightening One, I offer my salutations.

Sarvo'pi yam samaashritya 
Sakalam bhadramashnute | 
Shriyaa cha bhadrayaa jusht'o 
Yastam bhadram namaamyaham ||  

सर्वोऽपि यं समाश्रित्य सकलं भद्रमश्नुते । 
श्रिया च भद्रया जुष्टो यस्तं भद्रं नमाम्यहम् ॥ 

ஸர்வோ(அ)பி யம் ஸமாஶ்ரித்ய 
ஸகலம் ப⁴த்³ரமஶ்னுதே | 
ஶ்ரியா ச ப⁴த்³ரயா ஜுஷ்டோ 
யஸ்தம் ப⁴த்³ரம் நமாம்யஹம் || 

Meaning:
   I offer my salutations to the Lord, the repository of good things, worshipping whom all the people are able to obtain auspicious things.

Saakshaatsvakaale sampraaptam 
Mri'tyum shatruganaanapi | 
Bhaktaanaam naashayedyastu 
Mri'tyumri'tyum namaamyaham || 

साक्षात्स्वकाले सम्प्राप्तं मृत्युं शत्रुगणानपि । 
भक्तानां नाशयेद्यस्तु मृत्युमृत्युं नमाम्यहम् ॥ 

ஸாக்ஷாத்ஸ்வகாலே ஸம்ப்ராப்தம் 
ம்ருத்யும் ஶத்ருக³ணானபி | 
ப⁴க்தானாம் நாஶயேத்³யஸ்து 
ம்ருத்யு ம்ருத்யும் நமாம்யஹம் || 

Meaning:
   He who is "Death to Death" and He who destroys death and hosts of enemies of the devotees by arriving at the right moment, to Him I offer my salutations.

Namaskaaraatmakam yasmai 
Vidhaayaatmani vedanam | 
Tyaktaduh'kho'khilaan kaamaanashnute 
Tam namaamyaham ||

नमस्कारात्मकं यस्मै विधायात्मनिवेदनम् । 
त्यक्तदुःखोऽखिलान् कामानश्नुते तं नमाम्यहम् ॥ 

நமஸ்காராத்மகம் யஸ்மை 
விதா⁴யாத்ம நிவேத³னம் | 
த்யக்தது³꞉ கோ²கி²லான் 
காமானஶ்னுதே தம் நமாம்யஹம் ||

Meaning:
   I bow down to the One by offering obeisance to whom in the form of One’s own self, people get rid of all miseries and obtain their desired objects.

daasabhootaah' svatah' sarve 
hyaatmaanah' paramaatmanah' | 
ato'hamapi te daasa 
iti matvaa namaamyaham || 

दासभूताः स्वतः सर्वे ह्यात्मानः परमात्मनः । 
अतोऽहमपि ते दास इति मत्वा नमाम्यहम् ॥  

தா³ஸபூ⁴தா꞉ ஸ்வத꞉ ஸர்வே 
ஹ்யாத்மான꞉ பரமாத்மன꞉ | 
அதோ ஹமபி தே தா³ஸ 
இதி மத்வா நமாம்யஹம் || 

Meaning:
   All the living beings are, by nature, servants of the Supreme Being, I am prostrating to You, with the awareness that I am also for the same reason, Your servant.

Shankarenaadaraat proktam
Padaanaam tattvamuttamam |
Trisandhyam yah' pat'hettasya
Shreervidyaa''yushcha vardhate || 

शङ्करेणादरात्प्रोक्तं पदानां तत्त्वमुत्तमम् ।
त्रिसन्ध्यं यः पठेत्तस्य श्रीर्विद्याऽऽयुश्च वर्धते ॥ 

ஶங்கரேணாத³ராத் ப்ரோக்தம்
பதா³னாம்ʼ தத்த்வமுத்தமம் |
த்ரிஸந்த்⁴யம்ʼ ய꞉ படே²த்தஸ்ய
ஶ்ரீர்வித்³யா (ஆ)யுஶ்ச வர்த⁴தே || 

Meaning:
   The meaning of the words had been explained by Lord Siva out of affection. Whosoever reads this hymn with faith, thrice a day (at Sunrise, mid-day and evening) would have a great increase in prosperity (shree),  knowledge (vidya) and  longevity (Ayush).
